《GB/T 4897-2015刨花板》由TC198（全国人造板标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家林业和草原局。
本标准规定了刨花板的术语和定义、分类、要求、测量及试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于普通型、家具型、承载型、重载型等类型的刨花板。
本标准不适用于定向刨花板(OSB)。

1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements, measurement and test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of particleboard.

This standard is applicable to general purpose particleboard, furniture grade particleboard, load bearing particleboard, heavy-duty load bearing particleboard, etc.

This standard is not applicable to oriented strand board (OSB)
