本标准适用于联结两同轴线的传动轴系，并具有补偿两轴相对偏移和一般减振性能。工作温度-200C °～＋70°C，传递公称转矩250N・m--180 000 N・m。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameter and main dimension of LX and LXZ pin coupling elastomer (hereinafter referred to as "coupling") and provides the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packing and storage.
For the purposes of this standard, the said gear coupling is applicable to coupling the transmission shafting of two coaxial lines, and functions as two-shaft relative displacement compensation and general vibration reduction. Its working temperature: -20℃~+70℃ and transmission nominal torque 250N•m~180,000N•m.

3 Classification

3.1 Type
Coupling is divided into LX and LXZ types.
3.2 Type and designation
Coupling type and designation shall meet the requirements of GB/T 12458.

4 Basic Parameter and Principal Dimension

4.1 The basic parameter and principal dimension of LX pin coupling elastomer shall meet the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1.
