Key technologies for safe disaster prevention
Fire control case: A village in Zhejiang Province shortened its fire response time by 70% by installing a fire water pool (volume ≥50m³) and a hand-lift motor pump. After the fire resistance level renovation, the proportion of buildings with level 3 and 4 fire resistance dropped from 42% to 15%.
Flood control standards: The flood channel renovation must meet the 20-year flood control standard, and buildings in the flood storage area must be equipped with escape platforms in accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Standards for Building Engineering in Floodplains" GB/T50181.
