Scope

In order to standardize the identification and coding activities of power plants, enable all parties involved in power plant construction to share engineering information with owners or operators, ensure the recognizability and sharing of information in the process of power plant construction and operation and maintenance, and improve the level of digital management and safe operation of power plants, develop this standard. This standard applies to the identification codes of the following types of power plants: thermal power plants: coal-fired power plants, oil-fired power plants, gas-fired power plants (including combined cycle power plants); hydropower plants: conventional hydropower plants, pumped storage power plants; nuclear power plants Plants: pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants, heavy water reactor nuclear power plants, high temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power plants, etc.; renewable energy power plants: wind power plants, solar power plants, biomass power plants, geothermal power plants, ocean energy power plants . This standard stipulates the basic technical requirements for the coding of the power plant identification system. When this standard conflicts with the relevant national laws and administrative regulations, it shall be implemented in accordance with the national laws and administrative regulations. The coding of the identification system of the power plant shall not only conform to this standard, but also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
