Scope

This specification is formulated to implement the national technical and economic policies in the design, construction and quality inspection of composite foundations, and to ensure quality, protect the environment, save energy, be safe and applicable, be economically reasonable and technologically advanced. This specification is applicable to the design, construction and quality inspection of composite foundations. The design, construction and quality inspection of composite foundations should comprehensively analyze the influencing factors such as the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the site, the form of the superstructure and foundation, the load characteristics, the construction technology, the inspection method and the environmental conditions, pay attention to the conceptual design, and follow the principles of adapting measures to local conditions, using local materials, protecting the environment and saving resources. In addition to complying with this specification, the design, construction and quality inspection of composite foundations should also comply with the provisions of the relevant current national standards.
