本标准由中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部第1590号公告批准，编号为GB/T 50820-2013，自2013年5月1日实施。
本标准适用于大、中型建材矿山(包括建材非金属矿)新建、扩建、技术改造项目的工程设计文件的编制。

Scope

1.0.1 This standard is formulated in order to unify the design content and depth in the engineering design of building materials and mine engineering construction projects, and ensure the quality and integrity of design documents. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the preparation of engineering design documents for new construction, expansion and technical transformation projects of large and medium-sized building material mines (including building material non-metallic mines). 1.0.3 Large and medium-sized building material mine engineering construction projects shall adopt two-stage design of preliminary design and construction drawing design. The basic design should be regarded as the preliminary design, and the detailed design should be regarded as the construction drawing design. 1.0.4 The preliminary design shall be prepared based on reliable design basic data such as the feasibility study report or project application report and the mine resource exploration report; the construction drawing design shall be prepared according to the approved preliminary design documents and review opinions and other relevant documents. 1.0.5 During the design, the number and name of the applied atlas should be indicated in the drawing catalog of the design document or the design description of the construction drawing. 1.0.6 The preparation of design documents for building materials and mine engineering construction projects shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with the relevant current national standards.
