Standard for assessment of prefabricated building

1 General provisions

1.0.1 This standard is prepared to promote the development of prefabricated buildings and standardize the assessment of prefabricated buildings.

1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the assessment on the prefabrication degree of civil buildings.

1.0.3 This standard is applicable to the assessment on the prefabrication degree of buildings with prefabrication ratio.

1.0.4 The assessment on prefabricated buildings shall also meet the requirements of relevant current national standards in addition to this standard.

3 Basic requirements

3.0.1 The calculation of prefabrication rate and the grade assessment of prefabricated buildings shall take single building as the calculation and assessment unit, and meet the following requirements:

1 Single building shall be confirmed according to the building No. of the project planning approval document;

2 When the building is composed of main building and podium, the main building and podium can be calculated and assessed according to different single buildings;

3 When the number of floors of a single building is no greater than 3 and its above-ground building area is no greater than than 500m2, a building group composed of multiple single buildings can be used as a calculation and assessment unit.

3.0.2 Assessment on prefabricated buildings shall meet the following requirements:

1 Pre-assessment should be carried out in the design stage, and the prefabrication rate shall be calculated according to the design documents;

2 The project assessment shall be carried out after the completion acceptance of the project, the prefabrication rate and assessment grade shall be calculated and determined respectively according to the completion acceptance data.

3.0.3 Prefabricated buildings shall meet the following requirements at the same time:

1 The assessment score of the main structure part is no less than 20 points;

2 The assessment score of enclosure wall and inner partition wall is no less than 10 points;

3 Full decoration is adopted;

4 The prefabrication rate is no less than 50%.

3.0.4 Prefabricated decoration should be adopted for prefabricated buildings.
