《GB/T 5121.5-2008铜及铜合金化学分析方法 第5部分:镍含量的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC2(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
GB/T5121《铜及铜合金化学分析方法》共有27部分。本部分为第5部分。本方法规定了铜及铜合金中镍含量的测定方法。本方法适用于铜及铜合金中镍含量的测定。测定范围:0.0001%~0.0010%。本部分代替GB/T5121.5―1996《铜及铜合金化学分析方法 镍量的测定》和GB/T13293.8―1991《高纯阴极铜化学分析方法 塞曼效应电热原子吸收光谱法测定镍量》。本部分与GB/T5121.5―1996、GB/T13293.8―1991相比,主要变动如下:
―――方法一是对GB/T13293.8―1991的修订,测定范围由0.0001%~0.002%改为0.0001%~0.0010%,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――方法二是对GB/T5121.5―1996中“第一篇 方法1 火焰原子吸收光谱法”的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――方法三是对GB/T5121.5―1996中“第二篇 方法2 Na2EDTA 滴定法”的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――增加了方法四:等同采用ISO1810:1976《铜合金―――镍(低含量)的测定―――丁二酮肟分光光度法》;
―――增加了方法五:等同采用ISO4743:1984《铜合金―――镍量的测定―――滴定法》。


Scope

This method specifies the method for the determination of nickel content in copper and copper alloys. Method 1 Zeeman effect electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry: measurement range: 0.0001% to 0.0010%. Method 2 Flame atomic absorption spectrometry: Measuring range: >0.0010% to 1.50%. Method 3 Na2EDTA titration method: Determination range: >1.50%~45.00%. Method Four dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry: This method is suitable for the determination of nickel mass fractions up to 2.50% in copper and copper alloys listed in ISO standards. Method five titration method: This method is suitable for the determination of the nickel content of the alloying elements in the copper alloy listed in the ISO international standard.
