GB/T5121《铜及铜合金化学分析方法》共有27部分。本部分为第8部分。本部分代替GB/T5121.8―1996《铜及铜合金化学分析方法 氧量的测定》。本部分规定了铜及铜合金中氧含量的测定方法。
本部分适用于铜及铜合金中氧含量的测定。测定范围:0.000 30%~0.11%。本部分与GB/T5121.8―1996相比,主要变化如下:

―――补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款。


1 Scope

This part specifies the determination methods for oxygen content in copper and copper alloys.
This part is applicable to the determination of oxygen content in copper and copper alloys. The determination range is 0.00030% ~ 0.11%.

2 Principle

Put the prepared test portion in to a carbon crucible that had been degassed at high temperature, and heat the portion until melting under helium (or argon) so that the oxygen in such portion is separated out of the metal as carbon monoxide or is separated out, passing through a 400℃ rare earth copper oxide furnace along with the helium (argon) for conversion, as carbon dioxide. Import into an infrared detector for the determination and the mass of oxygen is automatically indicated by the computer.
