《GB/T 5121.9-2008铜及铜合金化学分析方法 第9部分:铁含量的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC2(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
GB/T5121《铜及铜合金化学分析方法》共有27部分。本部分为第9部分。本方法规定了铜及铜合金中铁含量的测定方法。本方法适用于铜及铜合金中铁含量的测定。测定范围:0.0001%~0.0020%。 本部分代替GB/T5121.9―1996《铜及铜合金化学分析方法 铁量的测定》、GB/T13293.7―1991《高纯阴极铜化学分析方法 塞曼效应电热原子吸收光谱法测定铁、钴、铅量》。 本部分与GB/T5121.9―1996、GB/T13293.7―1991相比,主要变动如下:
―――方法一是对GB/T13293.7―1991的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款
―――方法二是对GB/T5121.9―1996中“第一篇 方法1 1,10�捕�氮杂菲分光光度法”的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――方法三是对GB/T5121.9―1996中“第二篇 方法2 重铬酸钾滴定法”的修订,补充了质量保证和控制条款,增加了精密度条款;
―――增加了方法四,等同采用国际标准ISO4748:1984 《铜合金―――铁量的测定―――Na2EDTA 滴定法》。


Scope

This method specifies the method for the determination of iron content in copper and copper alloys. This section applies to the determination of iron content in copper and copper alloys. Method 1 Measuring range: 0.000 1% to 0.002 0%. Method 2 Measuring range: 0.0015% to 0.50%. Method 3 Measuring range: >0.50% to 7.00%.
