Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Assessment object | Hazard level | Key indicators | Typical characteristics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wooden structure house | Level Ⅲ | Hazard ratio ≥30% | Load-bearing components damaged/Holes of white-skinned termites |
| Ancient and famous trees | Level Ⅱ | Tree height>2m | Live soil termites/Tree trunk not hollowed out |
| Water Conservancy Project | Grade I | Ant nest diameter ≤250mm | Flying holes ≤5 |
Technological evolution and standard background
This standard establishes a three-level quantitative assessment system (Grades I-III) for the first time, breaking through the traditional qualitative description method. With reference to the ISO/TC 23/SC 16 international standard, the following are innovatively introduced:
- Damage ratio calculation formula (P=M/N×100%)
- Multi-building comprehensive grade index model (Formula 4.6.2)
- Special assessment clauses for water conservancy projects for soil-dwelling termites
Implementation points and typical cases
Assessment case of a historical building complex in Hangzhou
For 52 wooden structures, the following were adopted:
- 15m² grid inspection unit division
- Infrared detector assisted positioning
- The damage ratio of scattered termites reached 27%
It was finally assessed as a Grade II regional hazard, and a trapping system was used for prevention and control.
Grading Assessment Operation Guide
Building Assessment Process
- Site Investigation: Certified personnel divide the inspection units according to Article 4.1.3
- Preliminary Assessment: Compare with the corresponding standards of structural types in Articles 4.3-4.5
- Report Preparation: Appendix A contains 7 core contents
Handling of Special Situations
For steel structure buildings: When the proportion of white-termite flying holes is ≥3%, directly determine it to Grade III (Article 4.5.3)
