This national standard specifies several aspects of round steel bars prestressed concrete(hereafter referred to as steel bar), including definition, categories, code and tag, order content, technical requirement, test method, test rules, packing mark, and certification of quality.

This national standard is applicable to plain bar, helical grooved bar, helical ribbed bar, and ribbed bar.
