《GB/T 5246-2007电解铜粉》由TC243（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会）归口，TC243SC2（全国有色金属标准化技术委员会重金属分会）执行，主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了电解铜粉的要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书。本标准适用于硫酸铜溶液电解法制得的电解铜粉，主要用于粉末冶金零件、金刚石制品、电碳制品、电子材料和化工触媒等。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of electrolytic copper powder. This standard is applicable to electrolytic copper powder produced by copper sulfate solution electrolysis, which is mainly used for powder metallurgy parts, diamond products, electric carbon products, electronic materials and chemical catalysts, etc.
