《GB/T 5258-2008纤维增强塑料面内压缩性能试验方法》由TC39(全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准于1985年首次发布,1995年第一次修订,本次为第二次修订。本标准代替GB/T 5258-1995《纤维增强塑料薄层板压缩性能试验方法》。本标准规定规定了纤维增强塑料的面内压缩性能试验方法的原理、试验设备、试样、环境条件、试验步骤、结果计算及试验报告等。本标准适用于测定纤维增强塑料的面内压缩强度、压缩弹性模量、压缩割线模量、最大压缩应变、压缩应力�灿Ρ淝�线。本标准与GB/T 5258-1995相比主要变化如下:
―――标准名称由《纤维增强塑料薄层板压缩性能试验方法》改为《纤维增强塑料面内压缩性能试验方法》;
―――修改加载夹具,按被测材料性能的高低分为3类(GB/T 5258-1995中的5.2,本标准的5.4);
―――修改试样尺寸和形状(GB/T 5258-1995中的6.1,本标准的6.1);
―――对试样两侧应变读数的一致性程度作出量化规定(见8.4);
―――增加与ISO 14126标准结构差异对照表(见附录A)。


Scope

This standard specifies the principle, test equipment, samples, environmental conditions, test procedures, result calculation and test report of the in-plane compression performance test method of fiber reinforced plastics. This standard is applicable to the determination of in-plane compressive strength, compressive elastic modulus, compressive secant modulus, maximum compressive strain and compressive stress-strain curve of fiber reinforced plastics.
