《GB/T 5286-2001螺栓、螺钉和螺母用平垫圈 总方案》由TC85（全国紧固件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了产品等级为A和C级、螺纹直径为1～1500mm的普通螺栓、螺钉和螺母用平垫圈的基本尺寸系列、公差以及尺寸的优选组合。本标准不适用于组合件如螺钉和平垫圈组合件用垫圈的内径和厚度尺寸。附录A（提示的附录）给出指导使用平垫圈的资料。

1 Scope

This Standard specifies the full range of the nominal dimensions of product Grade A and Grade C plain washers for general-purpose bolts, screws and nuts of nominal thread diameters ranging from 1 mm to 150 mm inclusive.
This Standard is not applicable to washers for screw and washer assemblies in relation to hole diameters and thicknesses.
Information on the use of plain washers is given in Appendix A (Informative).
