《GB/T 5502-2008粮油检验 米类加工精度检验》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC1（全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准代替GB/T 5502-1985《粮食、油料检验 米类加工精度检验法》。
本标准规定了米类加工精度检验的术语和定义、原理、试剂和材料、仪器设备、扦样和分样、检验步骤以及结果判定与表示。
本标准适用于商品类米加工精度的检验。
本标准与GB/T 5502-1985相比主要变化如下：
――增加了规范性引用文件；
――增加了术语和定义；
――增加了原理的描述；
――增加了扦样和分样的要求；
――增加了结果判定与表示。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sampling and sub-sampling, inspection procedures, judgment and presentation of results for rice processing precision inspection. This standard applies to the inspection of the processing accuracy of commodity rice.
