GB 567的本部分规定了爆破片安全装置的设计、制造、检验、试验、标记标识、包装储存、出厂文件等的技术要求。
本部分适用于下列爆破片安全装置：
――压力容器、压力管道或其他密闭承压设备为防止超压或出现过度真空而使用的爆破片安全装置。
――爆破片安全装置中爆破片的爆破压力不大于500MPa，且不小于0.001MPa。
本部分不适用于下列爆破片安全装置：
――操作过程中可能产生压力剧增，反应速度到达爆轰时的承压设备。
――国防军事装备有特殊要求的爆破片安全装置。

Scope

1.1 This part of GB 567 stipulates the technical requirements for the design, manufacture, inspection, test, marking, packaging and storage, and delivery documents of rupture disc safety devices. 1.2 This part applies to the following bursting disc safety devices: —— Bursting disc safety devices used by pressure vessels, pressure pipes or other closed pressure-bearing equipment (hereinafter referred to as pressure-bearing equipment) to prevent overpressure or excessive vacuum. ——The bursting pressure of the bursting disc in the bursting disc safety device is not greater than 500MPa, and not less than 0.001MPa. 1.3 This part does not apply to the following bursting disc safety devices: ——The pressure may increase sharply during operation, and the reaction speed reaches detonation time pressure equipment. —— Bursting disc safety devices with special requirements for national defense and military equipment.
