Scope

This standard applies to fuel filters for automotive diesel engines and fuel injection device test equipment. The test methods specified in this standard can also be used for fuel filters for diesel engines burning non-residue mineral oil. This standard applies to fuel filters with a rated flow rate below 200L/h.
