Scope

This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for direct-soldering enamelled round copper wires of grade 180 with a single paint layer based on polyurethane resin. The resin can be modified if the chemical properties of the original resin are preserved and all requirements specified for the enameled wire are met. Note: Modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its certain performance or use characteristics. Class 180 indicates the thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 180 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 200°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended enameled wire use temperature, because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. factor. The nominal diameter range of conductors specified in this part is: - Class 1: 0.018 mm and above and 1.000 mm and below; - Class 2: 0.020 mm and above and 1.000 mm and below.
