ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９《漆包圆绕组线》分为２２个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９的第４部分。本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．４—１９８８。GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以聚氨酯树脂为基的单一漆层133级直焊漆包铜圆线的要求。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．４—１９８８相比，主要变化如下：
———导体标称直径范围由原来的０．０１８ｍｍ～２．５００ｍｍ 分别调整为０．０１８ｍｍ～２．０００ｍｍ（１级）和０．０２０ｍｍ～２．０００ｍｍ（２级），并取消了３级的规格范围；
———明确温度指数为１３０级，热冲温度为１５５℃，热冲击试验用圆棒直径的规定由原来的按导体标称直径范围分档改为按每一导体标称直径立项；
———增加高温下击穿电压、温度指数的性能要求；
———焊锡时间由１０ｓ／ｍｍ 和１５ｓ／ｍｍ（１级和２级）分别缩短至８ｓ／ｍｍ 和１２ｓ／ｍｍ，最短焊锡时间由３ｓ缩短至２ｓ；
———增加了针孔试验项目

Scope

This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for grade 130 enamelled round copper wire with a single paint layer based on polyurethane resin. The resin can be modified if the chemical properties of the original resin are preserved and all requirements specified for the enameled wire are met. Note: Modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its certain performance or use characteristics. Class 130 indicates a thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 130 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 155°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for magnet wire use, because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of the conductor specified in this part is: - Class 1: 0.018mm and above and 2.000mm and below; - Class 2: 0.020mm and above and 2.000mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductor shall comply with the regulations in Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1-2008.
