ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９《漆包圆绕组线》分为２２个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９的第６部分。本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．６—１９８８。GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以聚酰亚胺树脂为基的单一漆层220级漆包铜圆线的要求。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．６—１９８８相比，主要变化如下：
———导体标称直径范围由原来的０．０１８ｍｍ～２．５００ｍｍ 分别调整为０．０２０ｍｍ～２．０００ｍｍ（１级）和０．０２０ｍｍ～５．０００ｍｍ（２级）；
———热冲击试验用圆棒直径的规定由原来的按导体标称直径范围分档改为按每一导体标称直径立项；
———耐冷冻剂试验按新方法考核，要求萃取物的百分比不应超过０．５％，最小击穿电压应为规定值的７５ ％；
———增加介质损耗系数性能指标，在１０００Ｈｚ频率下ｔｇδ 不应超过６０×１０-４；
———增加了针孔试验项目。

Scope

This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for single-coated 220-grade enamelled round copper wires based on polyimide resin. Class 220 indicates a thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 220 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 240°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for enameled wire use, because the temperature depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameter range of conductors specified in this part is: - Class 1: 0.020 mm and above and 2.000 mm and below; - Class 2: 0.020 mm and above and 5.000 mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductor shall comply with the regulations in Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1-2008.
