本标准规定了自来水笔的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存等。本标准适用于具有蓄贮书写墨水装置和点有铱粒的金属笔尖，应用毛细原理书写的自来水笔。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of fountain pens. This standard applies to fountain pens with a device for storing writing ink and a metal nib dotted with iridium particles, which apply the capillary principle for writing.
