1 Scope

This part of GB/T 6177 specifies the types and dimensions, specifications and designations of hexagon nuts with flange, style 2.

This standard is applicable to the characteristics of hexagon nuts with flange (style 2), with metric coarse threads from M5 to M20 inclusive, of product grades A and B, and with property classes 8, 10 and 12. Product grade A and grade B are respectively used for the nuts with D ≤ 16 mm and D > 16 mm.
