《GB/T 6290-1999夹扭钳和剪切钳 通用技术条件》由TC174（全国五金制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了夹扭钳和剪切钳的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则与标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于夹扭钳、剪切钳、夹扭剪切两用钳，不适用于带电作业和抗静电的钳子。当产品有特殊要求时，可不受本标准限制。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of clamps and cutters. This standard applies to torsion pliers, cutters, and torsion and shear pliers, but not to live work and antistatic pliers. When the product has special requirements, it is not limited by this standard.
