本标准适用于一般作业用夹扭钳、剪切钳和夹扭剪切钳。
本标准不适用于带电作业用钳和特殊作业用钳。

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for pincers, cutters and pinch cutters. This standard is applicable to torsion pliers, cutters and pinch cutters for general operations. This standard does not apply to pliers for live work and pliers for special work.
