Scope

The blank detail specification is a supplementary document to the sectional specification, which includes the format, arrangement and minimum content requirements of the detail specification. Failure to comply with the detailed specifications of these requirements is considered to be a failure to meet the criteria required by the quality assessment system for electronic components.
