Scope

This standard specifies the presetting inspection and geometric accuracy inspection of vertical external broaching machines. This standard also specifies the terms used for the main components of machine tools. This standard is applicable to the accuracy inspection of vertical broaching machines with a rated tensile force of 63-630kN, not applicable to the operation inspection of machine tools (vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), or the parameter inspection of machine tools (speed, feed rate, etc.). These checks should be performed prior to the accuracy test.
