《GB/T 6494-1986航天用太阳电池电性能测试方法》由TC90(全国太阳光伏能源系统标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为工业和信息化部(电子)。
本标准适用于无聚光器的航天用单体太阳电池、太阳电池组件、太阳电池组合板和太阳电池方阵,以及工作标准太阳电池电性能的测试。本标准不适用于一级和二级标准太阳电池的测试。


Scope

This standard applies to aerospace single solar cells, solar cell modules, solar cell composite panels and solar cell arrays without concentrators, as well as the electrical performance test of working standard solar cells. This standard does not apply to the testing of primary and secondary standard solar cells.
