《GB/T 6504-2008化学纤维 含油率试验方法》由608(中国纺织工业联合会)归口,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了化学纤维含油率的试验方法:萃取法(方法A)、中性皂液洗涤法(方法B)、光折射率法(附录A)和核磁共振法(附录B)。当有争议时采用萃取法,该法不适用时相关方商定相应的试验方法。
本标准适用于聚酯(涤纶)、聚酰胺(锦纶)、聚丙烯腈(腈纶)、聚丙烯(丙纶)、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(维纶)、纤维素纤维等化学纤维含油率的测定。


This standard specifies testing methods for oil content of man-made fibers: extraction method (Method A), neutral soap washing method (Method B), optical refractivity method (Appendix A) and nuclear magnetic resonance method (Appendix B). Where there is a disagreement, the extraction method is adopted and if this method is not applicable, the testing method shall be determined through consultation of the interested party.
This standard is applicable to the determination of oil content of man-made fibers like polyester (polyester fiber), polyamide (chinlon), polyacrylonitrile (acrylic fiber), polypropylene (polypropylene fiber), polyvinyl formal (vinylon) and cellulose fiber etc.
