《GB/T 6609.2-2009氧化铝化学分析方法和物理性能测定方法 第2部分:300℃和1000℃质量损失的测定》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC1(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会轻金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
GB/T6609的本部分规定了氧化铝在300 ℃和1000 ℃下质量损失的测定方法。依照惯例,用水分(MOI)表示300℃的质量损失,用灼减(LOI)表示1000 ℃的质量损失。
本部分适用于焙烧的氧化铝中质量损失的测定。300 ℃ 质量损失的测定范围:0.2% ~5%;1000 ℃ 质量损失的测定范围:0.1%~2%。
本部分规定在测量样品MOI和LOI值时,需提供测量结果的原始数据。为了提高样品的分析精
密度,样品应该在分析前进行空气平衡,空气平衡能显著影响MOI和LOI的测量结果。空气平衡的步骤和造成的影响见附录A。

Scope

This part of GB/T 6609 specifies the determination method for the mass loss of alumina at 300°C and 1000°C. By convention, the mass loss at 300°C is represented by moisture (MOI), and the mass loss at 1000°C is represented by loss on ignition (LOI). This section applies to the determination of mass loss in calcined alumina. The measuring range of mass loss at 300°C: 0.2%~5%; the measuring range of mass loss at 1000°C: 0.1%~2%. This part stipulates that when measuring the MOI and LOI values of samples, the original data of the measurement results should be provided. In order to improve the analytical precision of the sample, the sample should be air-balanced before analysis, and the air balance can significantly affect the measurement results of MOI and LOI. See Appendix A for the steps and effects of air balancing. This section also relates to instrumental analysis methods.
