《GB/T 7111.1-2002纺织机械噪声测试规范第1部分:通用要求》由TC215（全国纺织机械与附件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了在标准条件下测定、表述、验证GB/T 7111.2～GB/T 7111.7所涉及的几类纺织机械的基本噪声发射值的要求，还规定了本噪声测试规范所采用的噪声测量方法以及工作条件和安装条件。本标准适用于GB/T 17780所列的所有纺织机械、装置和设备，包括可自动化操作的机器设备以及或单台生产或联合生产的机械设备，但不包括机器之间相互联系的传输设备。

Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for measuring, expressing and verifying the basic noise emission values of several types of textile machinery involved in GB/T 7111.2 ~ GB/T 7111.7 under standard conditions, and also specifies the noise measurement methods used in this noise test specification As well as working conditions and installation conditions. This standard applies to all textile machinery, devices and equipment listed in GB/T 17780, including machines that can be operated automatically and machines that can be produced individually or jointly, but not including transmission equipment that is connected to each other. Note 1 This standard does not discuss the measurement of peak sound pressure levels, C-weighted values and instantaneous values at the working position, since such measurements are not necessary for textile machinery. 2 Two standards are required for the test of each textile machine, namely this standard and one of the corresponding GB/T 7111.2~7111.7.
