《GB/T 7124-2008胶粘剂 拉伸剪切强度的测定(刚性材料对刚性材料)》由TC185(全国胶粘剂标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T7124―1986《胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度测定方法(金属对金属)》。本标准规定了刚性材料对刚性材料胶接件的拉伸剪切强度的测定方法。本标准也规定了试样制备及测试的条件。 本标准与GB7124―1986相比主要的差别如下:
―――修改了标准的名称;
―――增加了规范性引用文件(本版的第2章);
―――粘接的材料从金属扩展为刚性材料(1986年版的第一章;本版的第一章);
―――试样的粘接面长度由12.5±0.5 mm 改为12.5 mm±0.25 mm(1986 年版的4.1;本版的5.1);
―――试板厚度由2.0±0.1mm 改为1.6mm±0.1mm(1986年版的4.1;本版的5.1)
―――增加了胶层厚度,及其控制方法(本版的5.2);
―――将测试速度由原来的“5±1mm/min”改为“将剪切力变化速率定在每分钟8.3MPa~9.8MPa之间。”(1986年版的3.1;本版的第七章);
―――试验结果的表示由“算术平均值、最高值、最低值”改为“每个试样的破坏载荷或拉伸剪切强度,算术平均值和标准偏差。”(1986年版的8.2;本版的第八章)。


Adhesives - Determination of tensile lap-shear strength of rigid-to-rigid bonded assemblies

1 Scope

This standard specifies a method for determining the tensile lap-shear strength of rigid-to-rigid bonded assemblies.

This standard also specifies the conditions of specimen preparation and testing. This test procedure does not provide design information.

3 Principle

Adhesive lap-shear bond strength is determined by stressing a single-overlap joint between rigid adherends in shear by the application of a tensile force parallel to the bond area and to the major axis of the specimen.

Note 1: Single-lap specimens are economical, practical and easy to make. They are the most widely used specimens for development, evaluation and comparative studies involving adhesives and bonded products, including manufacturing quality control.

Note 2: The strength values obtained from the single-lap specimen shall not be used as allowable design-stress values for structural joints.
