本标准规定了公路专用通信网的设备配备原则、各级网络的设备及固定电话、移动电话、公路紧急电话的配备，是各级通信网的最低配备要求。本标准适用于公路专用通信网的规划、设计、使用和管理。

Scope

This standard stipulates the principle of equipment allocation for special highway communication network, the equipment allocation of networks at all levels, and the equipment of fixed telephones, mobile phones, and road emergency telephones. It is the minimum equipment requirement for communication networks at all levels. This standard applies to the planning, design, construction, use and management of highway dedicated communication networks.
