1 Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic dimension, installation dimension, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and mark of panel, cabinet, console and case for industrial-process measurement and control equipment.
This standard is applicable to every kind of panel, cabinet, console and case for industrial-process measurement and control equipment in industrial-process automatic control device, and the instrument panel, cabinet, console and case in other automatic control devices may refer to this standard. Ultra-wide instrument panel and control console are specified by other standard.
