本标准规定了宽带录像机（ＰＡＬ／ＮＴＳＣ制）的测量方法，包括具有Ｙ／Ｃ视频连接器的宽带录像机（ＰＡＬ／ＮＴＳＣ制）。本标准适用于使用复合视频输入／输出连接器和使用Ｙ／Ｃ分量视频连接器的两种录像机。本标准适用于记录并重放视频和音频信号的宽带录像机特性的检验及测量。本标准的目的是阐述非广播磁带录橡机的测量方法。
Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for broadband video recorders (PAL/NTSC), including broadband video recorders (PAL/NTSC) with Y/C video connectors. This standard applies to two video recorders using composite video input/output connectors and Y/C component video (hereinafter referred to as S-terminal video) connectors. This standard applies to the inspection and measurement of the characteristics of broadband video recorders for recording and reproducing video and audio signals. The purpose of this standard is to describe methods of measurement for non-broadcast video tape recorders.
