《GB/T 7424.1-2003光缆总规范 第1部分:总则》由339-1（工业和信息化部（电子））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
GB／T7424的本部分规定了光缆的几何尺寸、传输性能、材料、机械性能、寿命(环境暴露下)和环境适应性以及适用的电气性能等的一般要求。本部分适用于通信设备和采用类似技术的装置中所使用的光缆，也适用于具有光纤和导电线的光缆。


Scope

This part of GB/T 7424 specifies the general requirements for geometric dimensions, transmission performance, materials, mechanical properties, life (under environmental exposure), environmental adaptability and applicable electrical properties of optical cables. This standard applies to optical cables used in telecommunication equipment and installations using similar technology, and also to optical cables with optical fibers and conductive wires.
