Scope

This standard specifies an undyed woolen adjacent fabric suitable for assessing staining in color fastness tests. The staining characteristics of the woolen interlining fabric to be tested shall be compared with the standard woolen interlining fabric for evaluation by dyeing two pieces of wool and one piece of cotton reference fabric, and all reference fabrics shall be obtained from specified suppliers.
