《GB/T 7582-2004声学 听阈与年龄关系的统计分布》由TC17（全国声学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国科学院。
本标准规定了不同年龄人群听阈的统计分布。其测听频率范围从125 Hz到8 000 Hz，年龄从18岁到70岁的耳科正常人。本标准规定了：a) 相对于18岁听阈中值的听阈中值期望值。b) 位于中值上下的期望统计分布。本标准适用于估计一个群体中由某一特定因素引起的听力损失。如果受观察的群体是些仅受到这特定因素影响的耳科正常人，那么，这种对比是有效的。噪声暴露是特定因素的一个例子。为了噪声暴露在听力评定中的应用，从本标准中选择了一些数据，构成为GB/T 14366的“数据库A”。本标准也可用于个人听力的评估，以与他同年龄组的正常听阈分布来评估个人的听力。但在听力学诊断中，却不能准确地确定个人听力损失中，哪些是和年龄增加有关的，哪些是由其他因素如噪声引起的。本标准所定义的听阈偏差，和在其他标准中(GB/T 4854．1、GB/T 16403、GB/T 16296、GB/T 7341.1)所定义的听阈级，分别表示个人的听阈或个别耳的听阈，和a)18岁人群的听阈中值，或b)GB/T 4854有关部分中规定的基准零级的关系。当基准零级相当于18岁人群的听阈中值时，听阈偏差和听阈级的数值相同。

Scope

This standard specifies the statistical distribution of hearing thresholds for different age groups. Its audiometry frequency ranges from 125Hz to 8000Hz, and the age ranges from 18 to 70 years old with normal otology. This standard specifies: a) The median hearing threshold expectation relative to the 18-year-old median hearing threshold. B) Expected statistical distribution lying around the median. This standard applies to the estimation of hearing loss caused by a specific factor in a population. This comparison is valid if the observed group is otologically normal individuals who are only affected by this particular factor. Noise exposure is an example of a specific factor. For the application of noise exposure in hearing assessment, some data are selected from this standard to form "Database A" of GB/T 14366. This standard can also be used for the assessment of individual hearing, with the normal hearing threshold distribution of his age group to assess the individual's hearing. However, in audiological diagnosis, it is not possible to accurately determine which of the individual's hearing loss is related to increasing age and which is caused by other factors such as noise. The hearing threshold deviation defined in this standard and the hearing threshold level defined in other standards (GB/T 4854.1, GB/T 16403, GB/T 16296, GB/T 7341.1) respectively represent the hearing threshold of an individual or the hearing threshold of an individual ear , and a) the median hearing threshold of the 18-year-old population, or b) the relationship between the benchmark zero level specified in the relevant part of GB/T 4854. When the baseline zero level is equivalent to the median hearing threshold of the 18-year-old population, the hearing threshold deviation and the hearing threshold level have the same value.
