Scope
Binary numbers are usually represented by two digits represented by the symbols 0 and 1. Transmission channels are especially suitable for signal transmission with modulation types with two meaningful states (two-state modulation). These two meaningful states are sometimes called "empty sign" and "pass sign" or "start" and "stop", and they are sometimes called state A and state Z [1].
