《GB/T 7634-1987石油及有关产品低闪点的测定快速平衡法》由TC113（全国消防标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为应急管理部。
本标准适用于石油及化工产品闪点的测定，其闪点的范围在室温以下。本标准规定，只有当试验容器内的试样与其上方的蒸气和空气的混合气体的温度基本达到平衡时，才能进行点火试验。每次试验所用的试样为2毫升。

Scope

This standard applies to the determination of the flash point of petroleum and chemical products, and the range of the flash point is below room temperature. This standard stipulates that the ignition test can only be carried out when the temperature of the sample in the test container and the mixture of steam and air above it has basically reached equilibrium. The sample used for each test was 2 ml.
