《GB/T 7689.4-2001增强材料 机织物试验方法 第4部分:弯曲硬挺度的测定》由TC245（全国玻璃纤维标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准规定了用固定角弯曲计测定机织物弯曲硬挺度的方法。本标准适用于硬挺的或较硬挺的，且不具有明显卷曲、挠曲或磨损的玻璃纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维机织物。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring the bending stiffness of woven fabrics with a fixed-angle bending meter. This standard applies to stiff or rather stiff glass fiber, carbon fiber and aramid fiber1] woven fabrics that do not have obvious curl, warp or abrasion. This standard does not apply to the determination of soft woven fabrics.
