本标准规定了工业过程测量和控制系统中，用于系统元件间传输信息的模拟气动信号。
本标准适用于：
——气动控制器；
——气动变送器和气动信息传输系统。
本标准不适用于仅供系统元件内部使用的模拟气动信号。

Scope

This standard specifies the analogue pneumatic signals used in industrial process measurement and control systems for the transmission of information between system components. This standard applies to: pneumatic controllers; pneumatic transmitters and pneumatic information transmission systems. This standard does not apply to analog pneumatic signals intended for internal use only by system components. The purpose of this standard is to establish: the standard operating pressure range for pneumatic information transmission; the standard air supply pressure (with limits specified) for the operation of pneumatic controllers and transmitters, pneumatic information transmission systems, current-pressure converters and similar devices.
