《GB/T 8355-2008船舶用电动测量和控制仪表 通用技术条件》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，TC124SC1（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了船舶用电动测量和控制仪表的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志及包装要求。本标准适用于各种船舶及海洋工程使用的电动测量和控制仪表。
本标准适用的船用电动仪表按其功能可分为：
ａ）检测仪表（检测温度、压力、液位、流量、机械量等变量用的仪表）；
ｂ）控制仪表（位式控制器、连续控制器等）；
ｃ）执行器（控制阀、执行机构等）；
ｄ）显示仪表（记录仪、指示仪等）；
ｅ）其他适用的仪表。
对于各类不同产品所特有的技术要求，本标准未予规定的，应符合各自的产品标准或技术条件。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements for electric measuring and control instruments for ships (hereinafter referred to as marine electric instruments). This standard applies to electric measuring and control instruments used in various ships and marine engineering. The marine electric instruments to which this standard applies can be divided according to their functions: a) Measuring instruments (instruments for measuring temperature, output, liquid level, flow, mechanical quantity, etc.); b) Control instruments (position controllers, achievement controllers, etc.); c) Actuators (control valves, actuators, etc.); d) Display instruments (recorders, indicators, etc.); e) Other applicable instruments. For technical requirements specific to different types of products that are not specified in this standard, they should comply with their respective product standards or technical conditions.
