Implementation suggestions

Operation points:
  1. The dissolution process must be strictly isolated from air and protected by sodium bicarbonate
  2. When leaching metallic iron, the stirring time is controlled at 60±5 minutes
  3. The endpoint is determined by maintaining a stable purple color for 15 seconds
  4. If the difference between parallel samples exceeds 0.30%, re-measurement is required
Quality control measures:
  • Each batch of samples should be monitored with standard substances
  • Perform regular inter-laboratory comparisons
  • The reagent blank value should be less than 0.05mL
