Implementation suggestions
Operation points:
- The dissolution process must be strictly isolated from air and protected by sodium bicarbonate
- When leaching metallic iron, the stirring time is controlled at 60±5 minutes
- The endpoint is determined by maintaining a stable purple color for 15 seconds
- If the difference between parallel samples exceeds 0.30%, re-measurement is required
- Each batch of samples should be monitored with standard substances
- Perform regular inter-laboratory comparisons
- The reagent blank value should be less than 0.05mL
