《GB/T 8650-2015管线钢和压力容器钢抗氢致开裂评定方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC11(全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了管线钢和压力容器钢板以及法兰和管件在含有硫化物水溶液的腐蚀环境中由于腐蚀吸氢引起的氢致开裂(HIC)的评定方法。
本标准提供了从每个钢产品类型中取样的尺寸数量位置和取向钢产品的类型包括钢管、钢板、管件和法兰。
本标准包括小直径(公称直径50~150公称管线尺寸为2~6)、薄壁(壁厚不大于6 mm)电阻焊(ERW)和无缝钢管的特殊步骤要求。除非本标准中特殊规定这些小直径、薄壁材料宜与其他钢管用相同的方法进行试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation method for hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) caused by corrosion hydrogen absorption of pipeline steel and pressure vessel steel plate, flange and pipe fittings in a corrosive environment containing sulfide aqueous solution. This standard provides the size, quantity, location, and orientation of samples to be taken from each steel product type, including steel pipes, plates, fittings, and flanges. This standard covers special procedure requirements for small diameter (nominal diameter [DN] 50 to 150, nominal pipe size [NPS] 2 to 6), thin wall (wall thickness not greater than 6 mm) electric resistance welded (ERW) and seamless steel tubes . Unless otherwise specified in this standard, these small-diameter, thin-walled materials should be tested in the same manner as other steel pipes. This standard does not contain acceptance or rejection criteria, but Chapter 8 of GB/T 20972.2-2008 provides guidance.
