《GB/T 8927-2008石油和液体石油产品温度测量 手工法》由TC280(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会)归口,TC280SC2(全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油静态和轻烃计量分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了手工测量储罐内石油和石油产品温度的方法、步骤和设备。本标准规定优先选用4.1中给出的便携式电子温度计测量温度,同时也可以使用其他方法。 本标准修改采用ISO4268:2000 《石油和液体石油产品温度测量―――手工法》(英文版),同时也参照采用了《美国石油计量标准手册 第7章―――温度测量》的技术内容。 本标准根据ISO4268:2000重新起草。 本标准代替GB/T8927―1988《石油和液体石油产品温度测量法》。
本标准与GB/T8927―1988相比的主要变化表现在以下几个方面:
―――参照标准由API2543《石油和液体石油产品温度测量法》变为ISO4268《石油和液体石油产品温度测量―――手工法》;
―――技术内容包括测温仪器、技术规格、仪器检验、测量方法、测量工况等更详实具体;
―――将便携式电子温度计作为首选温度计测量油品温度;
―――固定式平均温度计测量油品温度和管线手工测温不再作为本标准的内容;
―――补充了用便携式电子温度计检验固定式温度计的技术内容;
―――调整了油罐内油品的测温位置及其选择方式;
―――提高了测温仪器的分辨力和准确度,改进了平均温度的计算方法,计算结果准确至0.1℃。


Scope

This standard specifies methods, procedures and equipment for manually measuring the temperature of petroleum and petroleum products in storage tanks. This standard stipulates that the portable electronic thermometer given in 4.1 is preferred for temperature measurement, but other methods can also be used. These methods include measuring temperature with a fixed single-point thermometer and using a cup-and-box thermometer, an overflow-box thermometer, and a thermometer placed in a sample bottle according to GB/T 4756 to measure the temperature through the sampling method, but the overflow should be used first in the sampling method. Box thermometer measures temperature. This standard covers only manual methods of measuring temperature and does not cover averaging thermometers which form part of an automatic gauging system. See GB/T 21451.4 for the content of measuring the temperature of oil products in atmospheric tanks with a fixed automatic average thermometer, and see the corresponding part of IS ()4266” for the content of measuring the temperature of oil products in tanks and tanks under pressure.
