《GB/T 8949-1995聚氨酯干法人造革》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了聚氨酯干法人造革的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以聚氨酯为主要成分，加入溶剂、助剂等辅助原料，以起绒布为基材，经过干法加工处理而成的聚氨酯人造革。

1 Subject Content and Application Scope

This Standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyurethane dry-processing artificial leather.
This Standard is applicable to polyurethane artificial leather added into such auxiliary materials as solvent and additive with polyurethane as main constituent and fleece as base material via dry-processing.
