本标准于１９８８年首次发布。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ９３４８—１９８８《聚氯乙烯树脂的杂质与外来物粒子数的测定方法》。本标准规定了在展开的聚氯乙烯树脂表面测定杂质与外来粒子数的方法。由于糊用树脂的粒子过细，本方法不适用于糊用树脂的测定。本标准与前版标准主要技术差异：
———仪器中增加了计时器（本版３．３）；
———对操作步骤进行了修改（１９８８年版第４章，本版第４章）；
———对结果表示进行了修改（１９８８年版第５章，本版第５章）；
———增加了附录Ａ“计数杂质数（杂质与外来粒子）和结果表示的逻辑图”。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the number of impurities and foreign particles on the surface of unfolded polyvinyl chloride resin. Since the particles of the paste resin are too fine, this method is not suitable for the determination of the paste resin.
