《GB/T 9396-1996扬声器主要性能测试方法》由TC242（全国音频、视频及多媒体系统与设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（电子）。
本标准规定了扬声器主要性能测试方法。本标准适用于声系统中的扬声器单本身，也包括带有障板、扬声器箱体或号筒的一个或多个扬声器单和有关器件如内附分频器、变压器和其他无源件组成的扬声器系统。本标准不适用于装有放大器的扬声器及有线广播用号筒式扬声器。

Scope

This standard specifies the main performance test methods of loudspeakers. This standard applies to the loudspeaker unit itself in the sound system, and also includes one or more loudspeaker units with baffles, loudspeaker cabinets or horns and related devices such as loudspeakers with built-in frequency dividers, transformers and other passive components system. This standard does not apply to speakers equipped with amplifiers and horn speakers for cable broadcasting.
