2. Technical requirements and test methods
2.1 Identification test
The standard stipulates that high performance liquid chromatography should be used for identification, and the relative difference between the retention time of a chromatographic peak in the sample solution and the cis-phoxim in the standard solution should be within 1.5%. This method ensures the purity and consistency of the product.
Application case: actual operation of high performance liquid chromatography
In the actual test, Capcell-Pak C18 chromatographic column and UV detector (254nm) were used, and separation was performed with a mobile phase of methanol + water in a ratio of 75:25. This method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and good repeatability.
2.2 Moisture Determination
Karl Fischer method is used to ensure that the moisture content meets the requirement of ≤0.5%. This method is fast and accurate and is suitable for industrial and laboratory environments.
2.3 Acidity Determination
Sodium hydroxide standard titration solution is used, and methyl red ethanol solution and bromocresol green ethanol solution are used as indicators to ensure accurate control of acidity indicators.
